May 2025 – The Property Deal Packaging Training  Begins
In May 2025, I embarked on an intensive training program under the mentorship of Samuel Leeds, a prominent figure in UK property education. His Deal Selling Masterclass is renowned for equipping aspiring deal sourcers with the tools to build compliant, profitable businesses. The course covers essential aspects such as finding and evaluating deals, legal compliance, and building an investor list.  This training marks a significant step in enhancing our company's capabilities in property deal sourcing.

May 2025 – Scaling Begins
By May 2025, following intensive professional training, Liam begins the process of scaling his property deal packaging operations. At this stage, he’s a one-man band — setting himself the ambitious goal of sourcing, packaging, and selling eight high-quality property deals every single week on his own. It’s a bold and demanding undertaking, designed to put his systems, training, and discipline to the test. For Liam, this phase isn’t just about volume — it’s about laying the groundwork for the investor trust and operational excellence that will shape the company’s future

July - September 2025 – The Mass Employment Begins
Between July and September 2025, Liam sets into motion one of the most ambitious recruitment phases in the UK property sourcing industry. During this period, he plans to employ 650 deal packagers, many of whom will be recruited directly through local Job Centres — offering life-changing opportunities to individuals seeking a fresh start in property. With a meticulously designed system and structure in place, Liam projects a monthly revenue of approximately £31.2 million by the end of this hiring wave. What began as a solo venture is now scaling into a national operation, driven by vision, social impact, and a commitment to building a powerhouse team
