On 25th February 2026, Liam began the live market engagement phase of the business by attending property auctions in Milton Keynes.
Arriving two hours before auction commencement to familiarise himself with the venue and begin early networking, and remaining up to two hours after completion to maximise relationship-building opportunities, this marked the transition from preparation to active investor acquisition.
