It’s easy - just head over to our Join Our Investor List page and submit your details. Once you're in, you’ll start receiving handpicked property investment opportunities that suit your criteria. No pressure, no obligation.

Q2. Is there a minimum investment amount?

Yes. While it can vary depending on the type of deal, most of our investors typically start from £25,000–£50,000. Some strategies (like Rent-to-Rent) require less, while development and commercial projects may need more.

Q3. Do you work with first-time investors?

Absolutely! Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned investor, we tailor our support to your experience level. Everyone starts somewhere - and we’ll walk you through everything step by step.

Q4. What happens after I say I’m interested in a deal?

Once you express interest, we’ll book a quick call to go over the details, answer your questions, and make sure the deal is a strong fit for your goals. If you decide to move forward, we’ll support you right through to completion.

Q5. How do you protect my data and privacy?

We take your privacy seriously. Your details are stored securely and will never be shared with third parties without your permission. We follow all GDPR regulations and use encrypted platforms for all communication and storage.

Q6. What kind of deals do you source?

We source a wide range - from Buy-to-Let and BRRR, to HMOs, Rent-to-Rent, Serviced Accommodation, Purchase Lease Options, ground-up Developments, and Commercial properties. Every deal is fully vetted before it ever reaches your inbox.

Q7. Do I need to be local to invest?

Not at all. Many of our investors live outside the deal areas - some even invest from abroad. We make it easy to invest remotely with detailed reports, walk-through videos, and reliable power teams on the ground.

Q8. Do you help with mortgages, solicitors, or lettings?

Yes. We have trusted partners we can refer you to - including brokers, solicitors, builders, letting agents, and more - all with property investor experience. You're never left to figure things out alone.

Q9. What return can I expect?

Returns vary depending on the strategy. Typical examples include:

  • Buy-to-Let: 6–8% net ROI
  • BRRR: 20%+ ROI with money pulled out on refinance
  • Rent-to-Rent: £500–£1,200+ cashflow/month
  • Serviced Accommodation: 12–25% net ROI
  • Developments/Commercial: Project-dependent, often 25–50% ROI+
